What happens when I downgrade my subscription plan?
- You will be redirected to a "Confirm Your Updates" page. After you click "Confirm" on this page, your membership benefits will change immediately.
- If the subscription period remains the same, such as downgrading from a monthly Artist Pro Plan to a monthly Artist Plan, the automatic billing date each month will not change. For example, if you subscribe to the Artist Pro Plan on January 1st and downgrade to the Artist Plan on January 15th , then on January 15th, you will not need to pay any additional fees. The remaining value of your already paid subscription fee for the Artist Pro Plan will be applied as a proration in subsequent subscriptions, and the next automatic billing date will be February 1st.
- If the subscription period changes, such as downgrading from a monthly Artist Pro Plan to an annual Artist Plan, you will need to immediately pay the total price for the first cycle of the new subscription, and the date of the change plan will become the new billing date. For example, if you subscribe to the monthly Artist Pro Plan on January 1st and downgrade to an annual Artist Plan on January 15th, then on January 15th you will need to pay for the first year of the Artist Plan (with adjustments for proration), and the next automatic billing date will be January 15th of the following year.
- It is particularly important to note that if you downgrade your subscription during a trial period, the trial will end immediately. You will be charged right away and switched to the new subscription plan.
