What happens when I cancel my subscription?

1. Before you confirm the cancellation, we would like you to provide some simple feedback to help us improve our service. Please rest assured that the information you provide will not affect the subsequent cancellation process. Once you have completed the feedback, you can confirm the cancellation.
2. After you confirm, the interface will prompt you to wait a few seconds to ensure the cancellation is successful. In very rare cases, you might see a notification that the cancellation has failed. Do not worry, simply confirm the cancellation again and wait for the outcome.
3. Cancelling your subscription stops payments for the next subscription period and beyond. Therefore, after completing the cancellation, you can still use the membership duration that you have already obtained for the current subscription period. Alternatively, you can click the "Do not cancel" button to resume your subscription.
4. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you can still use the software normally for the remainder of the trial period.
