Custom Voice Refund Policy

  1. You may initiate a refund request within 7 days from the date of completing the payment for this training service. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
  2. Please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request in the refund application email. Our customer support team will prioritize resolving your issue and will proceed with the refund only when it is confirmed that the problem cannot be resolved.
  3. The refundable amount does not include the actual computational costs incurred during your participation in this training service. To view the specific refundable amount, please follow the illustrated steps.

  4. Upon a successful refund request: your current voice project will be closed; any trial versions or deployed versions of the project will be automatically taken down; and the vocal data you uploaded under this project will be automatically cleared.
