Why can't I find my Custom Voice within the software?

The completed Custom Voice will not automatically appear in your ACE Studio software.

After the Custom Voice training is complete, you need to go to the Manage Voice page and either Start Trial or Deploy to ACE Studio, then restart the software to see the corresponding AI Singer within the software.

Quick Access to Manage Voice page: Click here and log in to your ACE Studio account → Find the Project you want to manage → Click on 'Manage voice & collab seat‘
