Why can't I find my Custom Voice within the software?

Please check if your training results have been deployed.

Typically, one training result is automatically deployed for you after the training is completed. If you canceled the deployment, you will not be able to see the corresponding CustomVoice singer in the ACE Studio software.

Quick Access to Manage Voice page: Click here and log in to your ACE Studio account → Find the Slot you want to manage → Click on 'Manage‘
