What to Do If You Forget Your Password?

If you registered your ACE Studio account using Email+Password and have forgotten your password, you can follow these steps to reset your password:

• Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen of the ACE Studio PC client or ACE Studio web interface.

  

• Enter the email address of your account. We will send a verification code to your email. Please note that you need to enter the email from your Email+Password combination, not your Google Account email (if they are different).

  

• Enter the verification code and your new password, then click 'Continue' to complete the process.
