How to Change the Email and Password Used for Your Login Account?

If your ACE Studio account was registered using Email+Password, or if you bound an Email+Password after logging in with Google account authorization (-> Binding an Email and Password to a Google-Authorized ACE Studio Account), you can change the email or password used for logging in.

Change Email

Go to the Manage Account page in the Account Center.
Click "Change" on the Email field.
Next, we will send a verification email to your current email address. Enter the verification code to proceed to the next step. (If you are unable to access your current email, please contact support@acestudio.ai for assistance.)
Next, enter the new email address you wish to switch to. We will send a verification code to the new email; please enter the code to complete the email change process.

Go to the Manage Account page in the Account Center.
Click "Change" on the Password field.
Enter the email address of your account. We will send a verification code to your email. Please note that you need to enter the email from your Email+Password combination, not your Google Account email (if they are different).
Enter the verification code and your new password, then click 'Continue' to complete the process.
