Q: What is a lifetime license?

A: A lifetime license grants you 999 years of access to your chosen plan. If you have an Artist Plan lifetime license, you'll have 999 years of Artist Plan access. Similarly, an Artist Pro Plan lifetime license provides 999 years of Artist Pro Plan access. Your benefits will always match those of current subscribers to the corresponding tier.

Q: How can I get a lifetime license?

A: You can obtain a lifetime license through our Rent-to-Own program or via a one-time purchase. Please note that the availability of lifetime licenses may vary by region, and the options shown on the subscription page will indicate availability.

Q: If I currently have a subscription, can I switch to a lifetime license with a one-time purchase?

A: Yes. Purchasing a lifetime license will automatically cancel your current subscription. If you have remaining Artist Pro access days and buy an Artist Plan lifetime license, you'll first use up your remaining Artist Pro days (the higher tier). Once those are exhausted, you'll switch to Artist Plan lifetime access. If you have remaining Artist Plan days and purchase an Artist Pro Plan lifetime license, you'll immediately switch to Artist Pro access (the higher tier).

Q: If I already have a lifetime license, can I subscribe to other plan tiers temporarily?

A: Yes. If you have an Artist Plan lifetime license, you can still subscribe to the Artist Pro Plan temporarily to explore additional features.

Q: Can I upgrade from an Artist lifetime license to an Artist Pro lifetime license?

A: Yes. You only need to pay the difference in cost to upgrade.
