ACE Studio Rent-to-Own FAQ

Rent-to-own is a special limited-time offer we have launched to test the feasibility of providing lifetime licenses to users. Subscribe to the Artist Plan or Artist Pro Plan and maintain it continuously for 24 months, you will automatically receive a lifetime license for that plan at no additional cost.

If you cancel your plan, you will lose this Rent-to-Own offer, but you will keep access to ACE Studio until the end of your current billing cycle. You can only get lifetime access with 24 consecutive months of subscription.

If you maintain a consecutive subscription to the Artist Plan for 24 months, you will receive a lifetime license for the Artist Plan. If you maintain a consecutive subscription to the Artist Pro Plan for 24 months, you will receive a lifetime license for the Artist Pro Plan.

On the Rent-to-Own plan, it will take 24 consecutive monthly payments (1 per month) or 2 consecutive yearly payments (1 per year) to redeem your lifetime membership. You will receive the lifetime license at the end of the 24th month.

If you are currently on a subscription, your previous consecutive subscription payments will be counted.

No worries, as long as you do not cancel your subscription, your subscription months will continue to accumulate.

For example, if you first subscribe to the Artist Plan for 12 consecutive months, then upgrade to the Artist Pro Plan for 3 consecutive months, and then downgrade to the Artist Plan for another 12 consecutive months, you will have accumulated 24 months on the Artist Plan and will receive a lifetime license for the Artist Plan.

When your Artist Plan subscription reaches 24 months, you will receive a lifetime license for the Artist Plan. When your Artist Pro Plan subscription reaches 24 months, you will receive a lifetime license for the Artist Pro Plan.

Rest assured, when you receive your lifetime license, your subscription's auto-renewal will be automatically terminated, and you will not be charged any further.

We are testing the feasibility of offering a lifetime license to users. As a product that provides services using cloud servers, ACE Studio incurs ongoing costs while users are using it. We are not certain if offering lifetime access at a fixed price is healthy and sustainable under this cost structure. However, since many users have expressed a desire for a lifetime license, we want to make an effort to try.

If it turns out to be unfeasible, we will terminate the rent-to-own program. However, we guarantee that all users who participate during this limited-time event will receive the benefits promised in the offer.
