Refund Policy of ACE Studio Membership

At ACE Studio, our aim is to ensure that our users are completely satisfied with our services. Please review our Refund Policy outlined below:


  • Refund Eligibility: ACE Studio Membership is primarily non-refundable. However, we recognize that special circumstances may arise.
  • Requesting a Refund:
    • Email your request to support@acestudio.ai including:
      • Your User ID (UID)
      • Receipt number of the transaction
      • Reason for the refund request
  • Review Process: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it based on the information provided. If your reason for a refund is deemed reasonable by our support team, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Please be aware that the following reasons, among others, are not considered reasonable.

Discontinuation Post-Trial Users request a refund because they decide not to use the product after the 14-day free trial has ended The trial period provides ample time to evaluate the product; a decision not to use the product post-trial does not qualify for a refund.
Personal Preference or Dissatisfaction Users request a refund because they personally dislike or are dissatisfied with the product features Users have sufficient time during the trial to evaluate the product; acceptance of service is assumed after the trial ends. Refunds do not apply to changes based on personal preferences or expectations.
Underutilization of Service Users did not frequently use the product during the subscription period Refund considerations do not include usage frequency; subscription purchase implies agreement to pay on time.
Issues Identifiable During Free Trial Users request a refund for issues that could have been identified during the free trial Users are expected to thoroughly test the product during the free trial; issues identifiable during this period are not eligible for refunds later.
Price Considered High Users find the product price too high compared to other market options Pricing is clearly stated before purchase; users have the opportunity to compare and evaluate beforehand.
Technical Issues Without Seeking Support Users request a refund due to technical issues but did not attempt to contact technical support Technical support is available to resolve potential issues; refunds are not accepted without first utilizing these resources.
  • Transaction Fee Deductions: Please note that any bank or third-party transaction fees incurred during the original transaction and the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Account Deletion Upon Refund: Once the refund is processed, your ACE Studio account will be deleted. However, please rest assured that the email address, phone number, or third-party account you used to register your account can still be used to register a new ACE Studio account in the future.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund process to complete.
