Refund Policy of ACE Studio Membership

At ACE Studio, our aim is to ensure that our users are completely satisfied with our services. Please review our Refund Policy outlined below:

14-Day Free Trial:

ACE Studio offers a 14-day free trial before charging the first subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, no fees will be charged. Therefore, once the subscription fee is officially processed, it is generally non-refundable.

Special Circumstances:

We understand that sometimes you may encounter exceptional circumstances. In such cases, you may request a refund by sending an email to support@acestudio.ai with your reasons for requesting a refund. If we determine that your request for a refund is justified, we will proceed with the appropriate refund.

Typically, if you request a refund early in the subscription cycle, we will only deduct the transaction fees charged by the third-party payment platform.

However, if you have been using the service for a while before initiating the refund request, we will also deduct the proportional value of the membership used.

Account Deletion Upon Refund:

Once the refund is processed, your ACE Studio account will be deleted. However, please rest assured that the email address, phone number, or third-party account you used to register your account can still be used to register a new ACE Studio account in the future.
