ACE Studio Refund Policy
Currently, ACE Studio is piloting a 90-day Money-Back Guarantee. Any payments made for new subscriptions and subscription upgrades between November 21, 2024, and November 30, 2024, will be eligible for a 90-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee.
Thank you for choosing ACE Studio. Currently, we offer two types of paid products/services: ACE Studio Membership and Perpetual CustomVoice Slot. Please note that they have distinct refund policies. Below are the detailed terms of our refund policy.
ACE Studio Membership
- Refund Eligibility: ACE Studio Membership is primarily non-refundable. However, we recognize that special circumstances may arise.

Reason for the refund request
Review Process: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it based on the information provided. If your reason for a refund is deemed reasonable by our support team, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method. Please be aware that the following reasons, among others, are not considered reasonable.

- Transaction Fees: Please note that any bank or third-party transaction fees incurred during the original transaction and the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Usage of Membership Benefits: If you have initiated a CustomVoice training during the membership duration relevant to the transaction for which you are requesting a refund, a fee of $10 USD will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the associated costs of the CustomVoice training.
- Membership Benefits Revocation: Upon processing a refund, the corresponding membership benefits will be revoked.

Perpetual CustomVoice Slot
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Requests post this period are not eligible.

Review Process: Your refund request will be reviewed for accuracy and eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
Deductions:
- No Use of Slot: If you have purchased the Perpetual CustomVoice Slot but have not initiated any CustomVoice training on this slot, we will process your refund. However, please note that any bank or third-party transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Usage of Slot: If you have already initiated CustomVoice training on this slot, 8% of the total transaction amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the training costs.

- Slot Closure: Upon processing a refund, the Perpetual CustomVoice Slot will be closed and will no longer be available for use.
General Conditions
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund process to complete.
