What to Do If You Accidentally Log into the Wrong Account?
To ensure that you log into the correct account on both the web and desktop app, please follow the steps below:
- Open your browser and enter https://acestudio.ai/app/home to access the personal center.
If you are not logged in, log into the correct account directly.
If you are already logged in but are unsure whether the account is correct, click on the profile icon in the top right corner, select "Log Out," and then log in again.
Click the "Launch ACE Studio" button shown in the image. This action will forcibly refresh the desktop app's login status, ensuring it synchronizes with the ACE Studio account currently logged in on the web page.
