How to Find Your UID?

UID is the unique identifier for users of ACE Studio. When you inquire about user account-related issues with ACE Studio support, the staff may ask you to provide your UID for targeted assistance. You can find your UID by following these steps:

Step 1: Enter the Account Center

  • Click on your avatar in the ACE Studio software to enter the Account Center.

  • Alternatively, you can click here to access the Account Center.


Step 2: Go to the Manage Account Page

  • Click on 'Manage Account' in the Account Center.

Step 3: View Your UID

  • Once in the 'Manage Account' page, you can find your UID at the location shown in the diagram below.
